When I’m here, I take great pride in keeping the space spotless and serene. I’m definitely a bit of a clean freak! I have a love for art and cooking, so you’ll notice thoughtful touches throughout the space — from a few favorite artworks to a well-equipped kitchen ready for culinary experiments.

Security Deposit: A $1,000 refundable deposit is required at signing and will be returned at the end of the stay, provided the apartment is left in the same condition.
No Parties: This is a peaceful residential building. No parties or large gatherings allowed.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment or building.
Cleanliness & Maintenance: Tenants are expected to maintain the apartment in good condition and report any issues promptly.
Wi-Fi & Utilities: High-speed Wi-Fi is included. All utilities (electricity, water, gas) are also included.
