Sun-splashed Park Slope holiday rental. We are going away for Christmas and New Years and offering our space for rental. This is a 2-bedroom apartment with desk areas for working.
The sleeping situation is: very comfortable queen bed in the bedroom, a queen pull out couch in the living room and a queen air mattress in the office.
Washer/dryer in unit. Dishwasher. Elevator building. Gym in building.
Brand new mini-split heating, just installed, silent.
We would ask a $1000 deposit for any damages, which would be returned 48 hours after we return.
Preference to folks requesting 10 nights or more.
About This Lister
We are a couple, this is our full-time apartment, we are traveling to CT for the holidays, so we are nearby if there is an emergency.
Please note- we moved in and upgraded appliances recently, so the apartment is not 100% "set up" yet (ex. there is artwork that is in a corner because it needs to be hung), but we have been living here for 6 months and there's a full kitchen, etc

Full payment upfront (before keys are exchanged)
Security deposit —$1000.
Returned within 48 hours after we return Jan 3 if no damage.
3. House Rules (Clear and Written)
No parties or events
No additional overnight guests without approval
No smoking
No pets
No noise after 10p
Proper garbage/recycling disposal
4. Liability & Responsibility
You are responsible for any damage, broken items, or missing items.
You must report any issues immediately.
You assume responsibility for their own guests’ behavior.
You will sign simple one-page rental agreement
