We’re looking for someone to rent our house from January through May (flexible). It's a large, comfortable, four-bedroom, three-story house in Mount Airy - a calm, attractive neighborhood in Northwest Philadelphia. A large primary bedroom, living room, dining room, guest room, and two home offices provide ample space. It would be perfect for a person or a couple who works at home. Fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen, off-street parking, internet, laundry, etc. Original art hangs throughout the house. The beautiful Wissahickon Valley Park with hiking and cycling trails is a few blocks away. The SEPTA train to Center City is a five-minute walk. Weaver's Way Coop, with organic food, is a few blocks away. There's a cool coffee shop across the street. Shops, restaurants, and a farmer's market in Chestnut Hill are nearby.

Rent is $2600 / month, plus gas and electricity. Water and internet/wifi are included. First and last month's rent, and a security deposit are requested. We'll appreciate references and transparency about your professional situation, but most important to us will be our sense that we're establishing a person-to-person relationship based on trust. It should go without saying, but we explicitly welcome people of all races, and that is also very much the ethos of the neighborhood.
