Inside, everything's new: Floors, walls, everything...including the fully stocked kitchen with all appliances (dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, and non toxic ceramic cookware). The bathroom is a soothing oasis, with its tub/shower overlooking gorgeous trees from two windows.
Catch up on your favorite shows on the 3 wall mounted TV's.
Get some work done with fast wifi.
Get some sleep on the comfy new king bed in the primary or the hotel like queen bed in the second bedroom, Orrrr...on the nap-worthy couch.
And do it all in the perfect temperature with your own brand new central AC/Heat.

In the morning, enjoy your coffee on the patio or by the pool, and don't forget to pick a fresh lemon off the lemon tree for your morning tea when in season.

Private guest studio with completely separate entrance is currently occupied by a wonderful and kind artist.

Hi. I'm an actor & writer. Moved to LA from NYC. I think I'm supposed to hate it here??? But I love it! I miss NYC and get back as often as I can, but waking up to sunshine and birds chirping every morning feels like home! I'm currently back in NYC, which is why I'm renting out my place.

I've made it my mission to be the opposite of every crappy landlord I've ever had. Since this is actually my home, not just some place I rent out from time to time, I always try to respond right away to any issues that may arise. It's the right thing to do, and it keeps my house in great condition.
