The apartment occupies the second floor of a duplex house. The space is around 1,200 sq ft, with two bedrooms, one bathroom (recently remodeled), an office, living room, dining room, and kitchen. There is an off street parking space adjacent to the front of the home. Unfortunately the apartment is not wheelchair accessible.

The apartment is centrally located and about a 6-7 min walk to Warren Street, the main commercial street. Our favorite things nearby include Pocketbook Hudson, Oakdale Pond, Lil Deb's Oasis, Supernatural, Rivertown Lodge, Kitty's, Grapefruit Wines, and Half Moon, among others. Hudson Amtrak station is a 15-20 min walk away. The block is very friendly and cute.

Rent is $1,900 monthly. Costs for internet and electricity are approximately $140/month. Heating bills in the winter can vary but are typically no more than $150 max.
