There is a big yard (.25 acres) that is fenced in and plenty of outdoor furniture so that you can sit and enjoy the fresh air as well as a new stock tank pool to keep you cool in the warm weather. Conveniently located 12 minutes to downtown Hudson/Warren Street and Germantown as well as 6 minutes from the Taconic State Parkway (Hudson exit). The house is extremely close to antiques stores, shops, galleries, local farm stands, Olana Historic Site, great restaurants, hiking, horseback riding, trails, skiing and tennis. Visit and explore neighboring towns like Tivoli, Claremont, Germantown, Rhinebeck and Red Hook. There is so much to do and see in the Hudson Valley no matter what season it is!

I am a professional designer and creative director and have lived part time in the Hudson Valley for the past 25 years. I recently renovated this adorable little house as a fun design/build project. Originally I planned to use it for family and friends but decided during Covid that people who lived in NYC might appreciate this very special escape. It is as wonderful in the winter months as it is in the summer. I live next door to the house and am always available for questions via text but in general try to be very respectful of my tenants privacy (and I appreciate the same).
