New building (I am the first tenant & have only been living here for a year). Fully furnished with coach, smart TV, dresser, etc. 2nd floor walk up. Lots of light. Only utility to be paid is electric. Very easy walk to the A/C at Utica Ave (or the b46 right outside to take you there as well).

Hi! I'm Apollo (they/them) & I'm a college student in NYC. I am going abroad during this upcoming semester. I currently rent this place and would love to come back to it when I return. This space is just so wonderful that I would hate to give it up. It's a newer building, and most of the other tenants keep to themselves. The landlord does not live on-site, but he is pretty good about answering the phone (text/calling). I have not had really any issues where I have needed to contact him, though.
