Our 1 bedroom apartment is situated on the 21st floor of a luxury new build (inc elevator), with incredible views of the water, World Trade Center, Brooklyn Bridge and Statue of Liberty.

The apartment itself is super bright and open plan, with a state of the art kitchen, living area and dining area. There is a large bedroom with a queen bed - this has the best views! We have an in house washer/dryer, a dishwasher and a few plants for you to take care of. It's south facing, so the light floods in during the day.

The property also includes:

- Shared rooftop space
- Shared co-working space

We're close to Domino Park and tons of great restaurants and bars. Let us know if you want to hear our favorites. Closest subway is the JMZ lines (12 min walk) that takes you into SoHo or the L train that goes all the way to the West Village.

The South Williamsburg Ferry terminal is a 2 minute walk from the apartment, taking you north or south (best way to get anywhere if you're not in a rush)

Hi! We're Georgina and Dario. A married Londoner and Scot that have recently moved to NYC.
We work in advertising and events, but our life mainly revolves around trying the latest restaurants and bars around the city.
Our favorite hobby is traveling (we met in Ecuador back in 2015) and are looking forward to seeing more of the states and this side of the world in trips to come.
