Hey there! I’m subletting my HUGE 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of Prospect Lefferts Gardens while I'm traveling.

Dates and pricing can be a little flexible for the right person, but the core availability is March 29-May 1 AND/OR July 4-August 15.

Here’s the scoop:

🏙 **The Apartment**
- $2100/month + utilities (usually about $100-120)
- 1000 square feet of open, airy space on the 7th (top!) floor of an elevator building – no noisy neighbors above you, open skies, and laundry on the first floor!
- Fully furnished with a king size bed, an adjustable desk with an external monitor (perfect for working from home), a stocked kitchen (with a blender, air fryer, and KitchenAid stand mixer), a bike if you feel like cycling the NYC streets, lots of books, and a few low-maintenance plants that only need a drink once a month (or I can take them out if that's not your thing!)

🌳 **The Neighborhood – Prospect Lefferts Gardens**
Steps away from the gorgeous Prospect Park, perfect for morning runs and evening strolls - especially as the weather gets warmer and we get our first flowers! This neighborhood is a really nice blend of cozy/calm, while still having yummy food (especially Caribbean), cafes, and bars nearby. Happy to provide specific recommendations :)

🚇 **Transportation**
You’ll be walking distance from the B/Q and 2/5 trains, which can get you anywhere in NYC.
