Looking for a responsible, kind subletter to enjoy my beautiful top-floor apartment on a leafy, quiet street in northern Carroll Gardens. Available early January through end of February (dates somewhat flexible).
The apartment spans an entire floor of a large townhouse. It’s fully furnished and features:
- Spacious living/dining area with lots of light
- Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook
- Cozy movie room / second lounge
- Large bedroom with a queen bed and excellent morning and afternoon light
It’s a vibey, tastefully furnished home on a tree-lined street, just a few blocks from the Carroll St. F/G stop – close to cafés, bakeries, restaurants, Brooklyn Bridge Park, and all the neighborhood charm.

I’m a professional woman in my late 30s working in strategy and data analytics. I’ll be traveling for a couple of months and am looking for someone considerate, clean, and trustworthy to care for my home while I’m away.

- $3,750/month, all-inclusive (furnished, utilities + Wi-Fi)
- One month’s rent + one month’s security deposit due up front
- Solo subletters preferred, open to respectful couples
- No pets, no smoking
- A simple sublease contract will be provided
