About This Lister

Artist/Architects, we moved to this neighborhood and renovated this building with the goal of having large, open, bright space to live and work from home in, and to provide a similar opportunity for like-minded people. We have been in the neighborhood for 22 years now and love it.

The building is our home and we each live here with our son, and we additionally have two apartments in the building that we rent out. We fully manage the property ourselves; I will be the only one showing the apartment.
