Ideal for a family, remote workers, or anyone wanting to enjoy the best of NYC -- with world-class restaurants, bars, parks, museums, shopping & more around the corner -- from a bright and spacious three-bedroom brimming with art, plants, and unique amenities.

LAYOUT: 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a laundry room, large living/dining room, and enormous private terrace.

The living/dining space includes an antique wooden table with seating for 6-8, tons of sunlight, a mounted TV with many streaming services, and a window A/C. The huge primary bedroom has a very comfortable King bed, a ceiling fan plus window A/C, a beautiful desk area with an ergonomic chair, and a large en suite bathroom. In the other wing of the apartment is a second full bathroom. Next to it is a kid's room with a comfortable twin bed, a ceiling fan plus standing A/C, and a blackout shade + curtain. (We can store away most of the kids' toys/decorations/accessories if preferred.) Pass the laundry room (with new washer/dryer units) and a hallway coat closet to enter the large study, which has a big desk (standing-convertible at the press of a button), an ergonomic desk chair, customizable LED lighting, and a cozy reading nook for kids. Note that the study does not have A/C, but it does have a ceiling fan (and we have many other portable fans).

The private terrace is huge, with a gas grill, dining table, twinkle lights, and lots of plants. It's fully enclosed by tall fences.

LOCATION: We are at the border of Park Slope and Gowanus at a busy, dynamic, and fun intersection with countless amazing restaurants, bars, and shops within a few blocks. Occasionally noisy. Close to multiple playgrounds and a public swimming pool, and half a mile to Prospect Park. Very easy access to the R/N/Q/B/D/2/3/4/5/F/G trains.

APARTMENT BUILDING: Up one flight of stairs in an older building with a handful of units; our neighbors are all super nice.

ADDITIONAL FEES: wifi included. We will charge a pro-rated fee for the utilities you use during your time here (gas/electric), plus a one-time $200 cleaning fee.
