Looking to make art, music, films or store your stuff, maybe even have a space to develop big projects? Wanna get messy? This barn is an excellent space for working in any medium. Pictures show it in its current state as we are working on another project in an adjacent building, but it will be cleared out for you to do what you wish with it! Utilities (WiFi and lights) included but if installing a kiln, ac and/or heat system extra costs can be worked out. Currently it’s a garage so could be used as a space to work on cars or whatever…month to month is fine as well. We have 6 more spaces available $750 for 4-500 sq ft plus more should you require can rent up to 1200sq more, to be discussed should that interest you. Lots of parking available and 24 access. Woodstock has relatively strict noise laws so quiet time is from 10pm- 7am that means you can still do stuff but power tools loud music has to wait. Please serious artists who are mindful of others artists privacy.
Oh and we are just below the Woodstock Byrdcliff Guild where we have great ceramic and jewlery classes as well as a theater group and more. Barn is also walking distance to town and an affordable and not gross bus to the city runs 3x a day.
