We are sub-letting our beautiful huge sunny loft in a converted industrial building in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn from May 20
to August 8 (2 months minimum)

it's a really special space, and was featured in a couple magazines...

The apartment is on the 3rd floor in a 7 story building, super bright (big windows facing West, sunset lights come right in!)
It is very unique, charming, comfy, joyfully designed, really high ceilings and full of plants! It is very clean and tidy and we like it like that :)

It has actually 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with bathtub.
We are locking the smaller bedroom for storage during our absence.
If you need this second bedroom (one single/twin bed) we can clear it for you, for an additional $900 charge.

There is a large double desk in the main living space so it’s really ideal if you’re going to be working from home!
It has a super large white wall facing the couch for movie night (with the video projector!)

Utilities included (very fast internet, A/C unit, gas stove)
Please be considerate with A/C usage. Do not leave it on when you're out for hours... If abnormal use, we'll have to charge extra accordingly.

Laundry in the basement.
Supermarket in the building.

$150 additional cleaning fee.

Great lively and super central neighborhood! It is located on Taaffe Place, at the corner of Dekalb ave, right next to Pratt University. One block and a half away from the Classon Ave G train station. It is walking distance to Fort Greene Park to the West, with the hip Dekalb restaurant and cafés strip (Romans, Colonia Verde, Rhodora, Entre Nous (they sell great bread in the morning!), Saraghina, Sailor etc), and Bed Stuy walking East. Easy 30 minutes subway ride to downtown Manhattan with an easy connection to the A/C trains, and 20 minutes direct to Williamsburg with the G train.

Also very easy and free to park in the neighborhood if you have a car!

No pets, please! And absolutely no parties. Thank you!

We are a creative couple (design and film) from Europe, we've lived in the apartment for 4 years and we absolutely love it! We work mostly from home and it's really ideal for that. We also love cooking, watching movies at night with the projector on the huge screen (we are big cinema lovers), and just hang out for hours in the sunny living room!
