Hello! I'm looking for someone with ~good vibes~ to sign onto a year long lease with me for a beautiful apartment in Red Hook! Preferred move in May 4th.

The place:
- $1400 a month + utilities, security deposit + 1 month rent due at move in
- Available May 4th, will prioritize women and people who can move in the soonest!
- Queen sized room, deep closets, tons of light, will be unfurnished
- 7 min walk from F/G trains
- Excellent street parking
- 3rd floor walk up
- Dishwasher in unit, laundromat around the corner
- I have a lovely cat named Lola, preferably no additional pets
