Studio in a luxury building. 11th floor apartment. Gym, working space, laundry room, package room, rooftop in the building. The apartment is currently furnished with some items that can be taken by the tenant for a fee but I can leave the apartment unfurnished as well. 10-15 min walk to the Journal Sqaure Path.

The residents in the building are very nice, I have had no complaints since I've lived here. Management is very responsive if you are having any issues. The neighborhood is safe.
