Located in Hell's Kitchen/Midtown West in a 15-unit building (between 9th and 10th avenues), it’s a 3rd-floor walk-up with no doorman. It’s conveniently close to public transportation, grocery stores, Central Park, and a vibrant nightlife with bars and restaurants. The apartment is quiet and shielded from street noise.
The space is straightforward, with just the essentials. It’s ideal for a single person or a couple comfortable in a compact space. The apartment includes a queen bed, a kitchenette, a small loveseat, a TV for streaming apps, and a desk suitable for remote work.
Strong and reliable Wi-Fi and utilities are included.
Please, no smoking or parties in the apartment. I value respectful neighbors and hope my subletters will do the same.
I’m a remote and traveling social worker who has lived in the building for over 15 years. It’s a friendly and respectful community. The superintendent also resides in the building and is available for any emergencies.
