Welcome to my beautiful sun-drenched two bedroom apartment in Prospect Heights.
This is spacious two bed room, fully furnished. The second bedroom is currently used as an office/ guest room, however there is a quite comfortable futon that extends into a bed.
The apartment gets excellent light with high ceiling and south-facing windows. It is a quiet building with several families. The cross streets are St. Marks and Grand Ave. There are many grocery stores and restaurants near by.
• 15 minute walk to Prospect Park
• 12 minute walk to Brooklyn Museum
• 10 minute walk to both the 2/3 train and the C train.
All utilities included in the rent, except for electric which will be billed separately. This is due to summer season and AC use. There will be two AC window units available.

I'm Dan, a project manager, and English adjunct professor. I've lived in this apartment for nearly six years and love it. I keep it clean and quiet.

I’m looking for a responsible and respectful tenant to sublet my fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment. The ideal subtenant will treat the space with care and maintain a clean, comfortable living environment. (And keep my plants alive!)
Applicant criteria:
• Proof of income and good credit
• One-month refundable security deposit ($3k)
• Government-issued ID verification
House guidelines:
• No smoking or drug use in the apartment
• No gatherings
• No pets
• The apartment should be kept clean and in good condition all time
This is a well-maintained home, and I’m looking for someone who will enjoy the space while taking good care of it during the sublet period.
