A beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 & 1/2 bathroom furnished craftsman single family home from 1906 steps from vibrant Piedmont Avenue, Temescal and Rockridge neighborhoods. Hardwood floors throughout. Window-filled, laundry area by back door. Fiber internet, large screen tv and a Sonos system. A chef’s kitchen (implements).

The house is a bit bigger than 1000 sq feet. Large, covered front porch and a hardwood back deck with a gas grill and a peekaboo view of the bay. Private, gated, fully enclosed (small) lawn.

We have a studio office in the back that will be locked.

No pets are allowed and we allow a maximum of 2 people.

Located in the Piedmont Avenue neighborhood in short walking distance to Rockridge, Temescal and Piedmont. We have a walk score of essentially 100% with markets, restaurants, shops, movie theater, coffee shops and hospitals all in easy walking distance. Quiet neighborhood with lovely neighbors.

Looking for an individual or couple to enjoy our space. We recently purchased some new furniture, rugs, audio and kitchen equipment and will expect guests to be mindful of keeping things nice.
