The room is in a large furnished 2br apartment, you would be living with me for the month. Apartment is on the 3rd floor of a 6 floor building with elevator (that does sometimes break). No laundry or dishwasher, but there are several laundromats within a few blocks. the Prospect Park Q/B/S train stop, near the B41 & B49, 5 minutes from Lincoln Road entrance to prospect park. Lincoln market is nearby for groceries, and there is a 24hour bodega downstairs.

I am a full time social work student, straight woman, biracial in my late 30s. Before returning to school, I mainly worked in communications in various education/international-related roles. I am a bit messy but not dirty-- don’t mind piles and clutter but do vacuum/wash dishes/clean toilet and sink regularly. I’d say photos are a good representation. Definitely not a clean freak or meticulous. I am friendly and easygoing and will not be working in June so will be around during the day. LGBTQ+ welcoming.
