NOTE: This sublet is part of a locked duplex. This means you'll have full privacy but the setup is more like a spacious, lovingly-decorated hotel room (king bedroom, huge bathroom, terrace) and priced accordingly. This space is perfect if you're out and about, working/interning in an office, and trying the delicious restaurants in NY. There is no kitchen or living room. For longer term sublets, I'm open to adding a mini fridge or microwave.

About This Lister

I've been in this duplex apartment for 2 years. It has a ton of light and is centrally located. I'd love to find someone to enjoy and take care of my apartment while I'm away.

This sublet is for my private primary suite with bedroom, bathroom and terrace ONLY. The rest of the duplex will be locked so you will have complete privacy but no access to a living room or kitchen.
