Seeking to swap our renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom Eagle Rock apartment for a similar spot in PDX for 1 month. We use the second bedroom as an office. Great natural light, stays cool in the summer (mini-splits in every room), large projector screen + Apple TV, both a sitting and standing desk, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a relatively large kitchen for an LA apartment. No pets.

There's a gate with a code and a few steps up to the apartment. It's half of a quiet duplex, and our neighbors are lovely and in their 30s.

The area is fantastic: 20-minute walk to Vidiots (the best movie theater in town) and Sprouts, 10-minute walk to Capri Club and Walt's, 5-minute drive to York Blvd in Highland Park. Everything eastside: Silverlake, Los Feliz, Echo Park are about 10 minutes away.

We both work from home and keep a clean, well-loved space. Looking for one person or a couple who feel the same way about theirs.

For our end, we're looking for a walkable, green neighborhood in Portland for two weeks to a month and are flexible anytime between mid-July and September 30th. Furnished, washer/dryer, and Wi-Fi are must-haves. My partner is allergic to cats, so unfortunately that's a dealbreaker for us.
