Hey! I'm looking for a brooklyn or manhattan swap May 15-June 15 of my 1 bedroom bungalow in Silver Lake. It's in a historic 6 unit courtyard building w/fountain in the HEART of Silver Lake, directly off of sunset junction but still far enough up the street to be quiet in the morning (apart from some nice birds chirping :)). Completely walkable to all the stuff along sunset + some beautiful Silver Lake staircases in the hills behind the house. Apartment has all the amenities - W/D in separated private shed, dishwasher, garbage disposal, AC & heat, walk in closet, filtered shower water, private patio, separate (albeit small!) home office space for work from home with monitor plugin.

Ideal swap would be for a 1 bed in clinton hill/fort greene or surrounding area, or lower manhattan! I'm a respectful & lowkey tenant & would want the same from the person I swap with :)

OPEN TO SUBLETS too! Would charge $2,400 for the month including utilities.
