The apartment is on the fourth floor in an elevator building. One block away from cafes and restaurants on Cortelyou Road and halfway between the Q train at Beverley Road and the F/G at Church Ave. Several laundromats within a one block radius. Grocery store half a block away. No pets allowed.

I will be out of town on a contract, but he will still be in the city and available should anything arise.
