I am seeking a roommate to join a lease with me in my sunny, third-floor apartment in Crown Heights.

The bedroom is spacious with 2 windows and a closet. The room is available to rent for $1537.50 (includes water + heat). The kitchen is quite large (for NYC) with stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher. Rooftop access is available. There are several house plants throughout the apartment, and I'm always looking for more!

Between Nostrand A/C, Franklin C, Park Place S, and Franklin 2/3/4/5 stops

20 minute walk/10 min bike ride to Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanical Garden, Brooklyn Central Library, and Prospect Park!

This is a laidback, clean, 4/20 friendly household prioritizing clutter reduction that is both a sanctuary from the bustling NYC life and a welcoming spot to host friends. I strongly prefer not to have a TV in the living room (given the layout and structure of the apartment), however, music/radio/podcast listens are always welcome!

Looking to live with another kind, respectful, responsible, and considerate human (QTBIPOC will be prioritized though all are welcome to reach out). Community care is highly important to me, so I am looking to live with someone who displays some level of covid-consciousness- I mask on public transit and am increasing that to other indoor spaces.
