This is a separate, enclosed space with a door, window and sink. There are two other occupants in the loft (a filmmaker & dance company) in separate spaces. The building has an elevator, freight, and a doorman who will hold packages within reason. The space has its own sink. There is an option to enter earlier on a pro-rated basis. No waiting area.

A large window looks out to an adjoining rooftop allowing for sunlight and fresh air. High speed internet and internet are included as part of the monthly fee. A water cooler, refrigerator and coffee maker are available as is air conditioning.

The space can be rented either empty or furnished. The prior occupant is open to leaving furnishings (desks, chairs, lamps, wastepaper baskets) for a negotiated fee. For photographers there is access to a built-in screen and projector. For filmmakers or editors, there are two 4K Dell monitors that can be rented at a minimal cost. Bathroom is ten steps away in the hallway.

I am a documentary filmmaker who has bee in the space for 30 years. I have the lease for the loft and keep a room in space. The other occupants are extremely nice and friendly. Everyone is considerate of others. No loud noise is generated by either occupant.
