Subletting my incredible craftsman apartment from this June 7th- June 29th 2026 with the potential for a longer stay. $2145 (utl. Included) plus a $2100 refundable deposit. Anything under or over these dates will be prorated. Dates are somewhat flexible, but ideally looking for someone who wants to stay the entire time.

Located on the top floor of a craftsman fourplex in Angelino Heights from 1912. Views of downtown, walkable to Dodger Stadium and Echo Park Lake. Right in the heart of the city and my favorite Los Angeles neighborhood.

Apartment has wood floors throughout beautiful antique rugs, amazing details, antique and vintage furniture and vintage stove. Fully furnished. Has a clawfoot bathtub, a desk for computer work and stand up work table for art projects. A killer sun room with an extra bed. Lovingly decorated and a true sanctuary away from the city below. Laundry located in my apartment. Street parking. Ac window units but apartment gets a great cross breeze if you open the windows. Full working kitchen. Small balcony. I will leave a clothing rack with hangers and use of the dresser, for your convenience. No cigarette smoking or pets. Singles preffered. I love my neighbors and we have a nice ecosystem here. Looking for someone who is respectful, clean and not too boisterous.

Must be ok with watering my plants once a week.
