The bathroom is a little newer and there is quarter laundry in the basement. Convenient location to the 103rd 1 line and Riverside Park. Very quiet area and no street noise. The apartment has a queen size bed, fold out couch and a queen air mattress. There is a sit stand desk with office chair.

About This Lister

Artist with some travel plans for the next couple months. Would love to rent this out while I am away to someone that needs a shorter stay. I will be moving out soon and the apartment and all of my furniture will be available sometime in May.
