Welcome to Spaulding Square. A small historic tree lined neighborhood in LA tucked off Fairfax on the border of West Hollywood. The apartment is the top floor (second floor) of a four-plex. It's super quiet, peaceful, and filled with tons of windows that get natural light from the east, south, and west.

There are 2 bedrooms, but I've turned the second bedroom into an office. The large living area opens to the dining room, as well as a great big cook's kitchen with tons of counter space. I cook and bake a lot, so feel free to use any and all of the special appliances. A cozy hallway leads to the bedroom, bathroom, office, and laundry room/entry to the patio. There's central AC, and an in-unit washer-dryer. I have an outdoor patio as well, though it's just furnished with a simple bistro table and chairs at the moment. You can pick figs and oranges from the tree that grows above it.

I've spent a lot of time making the space feel thought-out and well designed for a comfortable but elevated home. There's open street parking which is never a problem, and there are plenty of walkable options (gyms, WholeFoods/Bristol Farms/Trader Joes, coffee shops, Runyon, etc.). Looking for someone who is clean and will respect the space. Possibility to extend into the first week of July.
