I am looking to rent my furnished bedroom with shared kitchen and bathroom to a person who enjoys a peaceful, chill, and clean living space while I am away.

The bedroom is 225 sq ft, a queen sized Casper bed, closet, dresser, desk and access to the private rooftop. The bedroom is situated on the first floor of the apartment, along with the shared kitchen with dishwasher and all the essentials to cook, the shared bathroom is spacious with a double sink (one sink for you and one for the upstairs guest), shower/bathtub, and storage.

You will share the common spaces with the upstairs guest but they're living space will be on the second floor of the apartment, which allows for lots privacy.

The vibe of the home is neat and clean with a very relaxed atmosphere. Not bringing the party home.

The neighborhood is lively and has almost anything you need in walking distance. Fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, bars, parks, Barclay Center, Brooklyn Bride, etc. !

A less than 10 minute walk to Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, Barclay Center & 10 minute subway ride to NYC.

A few blocks to the Clinton-Washington Ave (C and A lines) & 7 Ave (Q and B lines) & Bergen Ave (2, 3, and 4 lines) subway stations. Citibikes are also a block away!
