My apartment is a newly renovated, fully furnished one-bedroom co-op in a four-story landmark building with high ceilings, six windows, open kitchen/living room, dishwasher, washer/dryer, deep soaking tub, ceiling fans, and bedroom window air conditioner. It is on the parlor floor in the back of the building overlooking a lovely community garden on a leafy street in the heart of Prospect Heights.
The neighborhood is bustling with restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and other businesses. It is also near Prospect Park, Brooklyn Library, Brooklyn Museum, the Botanical Gardens, and downtown Brooklyn.
The rent includes WiFi and essential utilities (water/gas) electricity is extra (usually around $50 depending on AC usage). The plaster walls, high ceilings, multiple windows, and northern light keep the space cool in the summer.
A quiet single person is preferred. No pets are allowed.
Note for accessibility, there are steps to enter the building.
I am an artist and educator based in Brooklyn and spending the summer at an artist residency in upstate New York.
I am the owner.
