Hello! We’re looking for a roommate to join our lovely apartment in Williamsburg starting June 1. The apartment is a large, light-filled 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom with two private balconies - one of which is massive, furnished with ample patio seating, great to hang out on. The apartment has large floor to ceiling windows throughout, a chef’s kitchen, washer/dryer combo in-unit, dishwasher, storage closet, top floor, elevator, gym, Amazon locker, and optional garage parking (for a fee), roof access. We’re super close to the Broadway G, Metropolitan G/L, and Lorimer/Hewes J/M/Z. There’s a coffee shop downstairs, only steps away from parks, grocery stores, and around the corner from a fire/police station. Wifi and Electricity not included.

The Room:

Unfurnished, easily fits a queen with plenty of space for a dresser and desk, could fit a king for context. Big sunny window with a direct view of the Empire State Building, particularly lovely at night. Room is on the second floor, 2 shared bathrooms (amongst 3 people, 3rd bathroom is private). - Hillary: Works in HR, loves to cook, goes into the office twice a week, loves live music, themed parties, and cooking.
- Chris: Works remotely in advertising most of the time with occasional office visits, lover of cinema, shows, museums anything Philly-related.
- Jackie: Is a singer and waitress, often out and about during weekdays/evenings, brings music and good energy to the home.
- Sadie: 11 y/o yellow lab. Only leaves the apartment to go to the park or for her corporate job. She’s calm, quiet (have literally never heard her bark), loves chicken and is the sweetest girl you’ll ever meet.

We’re all female in our late 20s and early 30s, laid-back but tidy. Weekdays are chill and quiet, nights and weekends consist of movies, wine, and the occasional party. We love watching sports together and with our friends, good conversation, and committing to a bit. We’re very close as roommates and genuine friends so we’re hoping to find someone who’s interested in being the same. While we adore animals, we’d like Sadie to remain the only pet in the home.
