Hey everyone! We have a room available in our Roosevelt Island luxury apartment building. It's a flex room (meaning it was previously the living room but got converted into a bedroom), and quite large at 18'9" by 13'7". You'd be living with me (Benjamin) and one other roommate (Greg), both of us males in our 30s. You'd be sharing a bathroom with Greg, and our apartment has a large kitchen, cozy living room, and in-unit washer/dryer. The building has a gym, doorman, package room, rooftop lounge+patio, and is located close to the M train (F train on nights and weekends) and the ferry and the tram. Rent is $1855/month plus utilities (~$120 in summer and ~$60 in winter). The previous tenant left behind some furniture which you can purchase (mattress and a few smaller items), or we can clear it out prior to move-in if you prefer it unfurnished. We are looking for someone who is available to move in on May 1st.
We'd consider anyone regardless of gender, but will prioritize someone in their 20s or 30s who is clean, friendly, reliable, and a natural fit for our household. We are a pet-free household, so no furry friends please!
