A large room in a beautiful three bedroom loft. Two easygoing male roommates in their late 20s // early thirties. We keep the common space pretty clean. We don't have a TV, but we do have a great projector with a large screen. The room comes with a queen size mattress, bed frame, and desk. You will be sharing a bathroom with one of your roommates. Washer dryer in unit. Kitchen as a dishwasher, 6 burner vulcan range, cups, plates, pots + pans. Second floor walkup.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Greenpoint is located at the northern tip of Brooklyn, bordered by the East River to the west, Williamsburg to the south, and Queens to the north and east. It's historically been a working-class neighborhood with strong Polish-American roots and a distinct industrial past.

Its beautiful neighborhood with tons of amazing restaurants and cool bars.

ACCESS
The apartment is three blocks away from the G and 6 from the ferry.
