Looking for a clean, respectful working professional to sublet my room in a very large, super light filled apartment in Kips Bay/Murray Hill. Living room/dining and kitchen areas are shared but each person has a separate bathroom.

Rent is $2750 and around $100 for utilities per month.

Open to flexible dates and a few weeks at a time. May be able to extend to the summer.

Super sunny living room with dining alcove and huge windows. More than enough space to work from home in my room. My room is the master and has its own en-suite bathroom with clothes closet and a TV. Room comes furnished but I will make room in the closet for your clothes.

You would be sharing with one female who works in fintech, very respectful, friendly and clean. She spends M-F at the office and is often out and about on weekends, seeing friends, at art galleries or at a workout class.

The building is a 24/7 doorman building with elevators and laundry in the basement. A block from Trader Joe’s and Fairway, 2 avenues from the 6 train at 33rd street and numerous bars and restaurants nearby. A ten minute walk to the East River Esplanade at 34th street, which has gorgeous views of the River, a dog run, work out and picnic areas and is a favorite for runners. You can also catch the Ferry to BK!

Looking for someone who can commit to at least several weeks to a month at a time but I'm flexible with dates. No smoking and no pets please. Single occupants preferred.
