Private single room + private bathroom available March 1st in Bay Ridge on 75th and 5th.
Rent is $1300 due on the 1st day of every month.
Utilities are NOT included in the rent and range throughout the year but are about $200-250 per person a month. Utilities include Wifi, Gas, and Electricity.
- 12 month sublease, but possibility for extension if we’re both feeling things are going well.
- Rent and security deposit total $2600 upfront, with a $1300 security deposit refundable upon departure.

About the Apartment:
-Large apartment- I think around 1000sq/ft total
-2 bedrooms
-2 bathrooms
-1 roommate (me!)
-One large dining room/living room space (common space includes nice couch, great TV with a few streaming services, Nintendo switch).
- Common space looks dark because all the windows are in the bedrooms, but the darkness is offset with the great Hue lighting system that brightens the space.
-Kitchen- fully stocked and several open cabinets for your use!

About the Room:
- Room is 16.5 ft x 11.5 ft and can include a queen-sized bed, dresser, table and chair if you want them. They can also be removed. The room is huge and can honestly fit a king if you want it to. It also has an immense closet (11.5 ft x 22 inches).

About the Neighborhood/Area:
- Laundromat is literally right downstairs.
-Best pizzeria also right downstairs!
- Centrally located in Bay Ridge with easy and fast access to the 77th Street R station. It’s less than 5 minutes walking.
-Both 5th Avenue and 3rd Avenue have great restaurants, shops, and bars to visit!

Looking to rent to someone:
Social and considerate who values communication and respect. Someone equally chill who needs a chill space to rest and relax. Someone clean and neat and values keeping the space that way.
This is a single occupancy room- no couples.
No smoking of any kind.

This apartment is my HOME. I am a pretty relaxed person who considers this apartment my place to chill and unwind. I work A LOT at a mission-driven nonprofit organization (hybridly).
I do not host large gatherings or parties. And while I am not against you hosting your friends on occasion, if you’re into partying/hosting a bunch, this may not be the place for you.
