This is a month-to-month sublet, but we are looking for someone who can stay at least 2 and up to 12 months!

-space for a desk/working station setup

-new construction in the heart of Prospect Heights
-Gym with sauna
-Large roof
-Movie/game room
-Doorman
-Great management company, building is quiet and always clean
-Parking available for monthly fee

How we live:
-We are quiet, clean, and respectful of one another. We use our apartment as a place to recharge, and keep common spaces clean & the apt quiet to be cognizant of each other. We have a strong preference for a roommate with a history of living in shared spaces. We occasionally overlap in the apartment and are friendly when we do, but make sure to give each other space when cooking/recharging in the common area when needed!

About This Lister

We are two roommates, one has lived in this space for 7 years, the other one year. We both have office jobs and work from a mix of home and office, so keep the space quiet during the day. We are both active and frequently out of the apartment for activities around the city. We rarely host gatherings at our apartment and mostly use the common space to cook or occasionally watch TV, but also make sure to leave time for each other to use the space unoccupied. We are friendly in passing but do not have expectations that you chat with us and are respectful of your need to also use the space to recharge, looking for someone similar!
