I'm a 3D artist whose been living in Los Angeles for the last ten years. East Hollywood has been home, but I recently took a job opportunity in NYC. I'm a coffee enthusiasts - and some of my favorite coffee shops in the city are in a mile radius of the apt.

I recently took a job opportunity in NY and I need to sublet my apartment for the next few months. I'm flexible with the date and open to extend.
The apartment has all the basics covered. There's a queen bed, desk, a couch and a tv and a few kitchen supplies.
