Subletting my brownstone apartment on a beautiful tree-lined street in Bed Stuy on the Clinton Hill border.
The location is incredible, extremely walkable and close to a lot of great restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars, grocery stores, trains (A/C/G/S), buses (B26/B25/B44/B49/more), and a Citi bike station on the corner. 15 min train ride to Manhattan.
The apartment is huge. Massive bedroom (the size of a 1.5br) with a marble fireplace mantel in the living room. Original molding, large windows and great light throughout.
Living room has Apple TV equipped with some of the networks (Criterion, Apple TV+, etc) and Sonos sound system.
Bedroom has a WFH area featuring a standing desk with an Apple studio display setup and printer. An extra large TV. Also, a peloton, pilates reformer, walking pad, yoga mat and misc workout equipment. New queen size bed/mattress.
Kitchen includes a dishwasher, cookware, blender and juicer.
Outdoor patio with furniture to lay out or have coffee.

- Semi flexible dates (particularly on tail end), longer stays given preference

This is my home and personal space. I live and work here meaning my belongings are still in the house, so the following will be required:
- Cleaning fee: $125
- Deposit required
- Sublease agreement to be signed. The sublessee understands and agrees that they will be liable for any lost or stolen property, and damage beyond normal wear and tear to the premises
- Pic of driver's license or passport for guests staying
Please note:
- No smoking inside the apartment
- No parties, large gatherings, or unattended guests
- Meet in person or virtually before finalizing
