For sublease is a 2 bed / 1 bath apartment. One of the bedrooms is used as a studio. It's in Clinton Hill on the Bed-Stuy border and is is a 5 minute walk from the Classon G stop. The apartment is appointed to be a comfortable respite from city living, including a West Elm couch, king-sized bed, and very large television with soundbar.

The main bedroom and living room both have two large windows, and the studio has a window to the main space but lacks an exterior window

To inquire about the sublease, please send a bit of information about yourself. We can then schedule a time to do a video tour of the apartment and discuss details. I have many references to share.

I have a strong preference for someone to lease for the entire five and three-quarter weeks from October 28 to December 7, but can consider shorter stays with weekly rates.

There is a possibility of a sublease extension after December 7, my life post-November is still coming into focus.
