Subletting a very large bedroom in a 2B apartment in bed-stuy. I am moving out for the spring and am looking for a person to sublease the room. King sized bedroom with ample light, ample closet space.

Apartment is shared with one roommate who is kind, clean, respectful and social. He also has a cat (Soup), who is incredibly friendly and clean as well.

Building is a 3 floor brown-stone, apartment is on the 3rd floor(walk-up only). Front garden area is open for the whole building. Street and neighborhood is quiet, while having all the cafes, bars/restaurants, and grocery stores you could want, while being close to both the G and A/C trains means you are well connected to the rest of Brooklyn and Manhattan.

Location is on Gates Ave between Bedford and Nostrand Avs.
- 10 min (0.5 mi) walk to A/C @ Nostrand Ave
- 5 min (0.3 mi) walk to G @ Bedford-Nostrand
- 7 min (0.4 mi) walk to Herbert Von King park
- Multiple Groceries, cafes, bars, restaurants on surrounding blocks

About This Lister

I am in my mid 20's, moving in with my partner (which is why I am subleasing the room!). I work in tech, and love to be outside riding my bike, hiking, walking around. I have an extensive list of restaurant and bar recommendations, and a bunch of family in the city!

My roommate Aidan is also in his mid 20's, works in health sciences and is currently working and enrolled in a masters program at CUNY for bio-stats. He is clean/tidy, works from home 3-4 days a week. He is generally a great guy who I have lived with for the better part of 8 years. Easy going and social.

The third member of our little household is Soup the cat. he is a very social, friendly, and clean cat. He doesn't scratch furniture except the couch (lol). his favorite past time is to watch 'TV' aka the birds out of the windows that face directly into a couple of trees.
