Spacious ground floor apartment on a quiet street available for sublet. Fully furnished. Hardwood floors. We are a few blocks to the Grand St L train, which offers efficient service to Manhattan. We also have gorgeous Cooper Park a stones throw away. The apartment is 850sq foot, very comfortable with western exposure. A/C and all electric as well as wifi included in price. Very comfortable bed with an additional sleeping area for my daughter. It's open plan, so not ideal for roommates. It's probably best for a single person or a couple that don't both work from home. It's usually easy to find parking on our street. Laundry 2 short blocks from house. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby on Graham Avenue and Grand Street. While we have a shower, there is no bathtub. If you're looking for a week or two within that period, the weekly rental would be $800 (incl utilities).
