A peaceful green enclave.

My gorgeous studio sits on a palm and eucalyptus tree-lined street. The only television I have is the framed by the massive windows looking outward to the natural green-screen!It's where I go to take refuge from the bustle of the city, while still walking distance to the Sunset strip. There are trees on the property and all around, I have a porch where it feels like the you're in the country with a nearby gigantic bird of paradise and a gazebo (pergola) that feels like Costa Rica or some other wonderful location, where you can relax or eat at the bistro table.

Its such a special place, it doesn't feel like it's in Los Angeles, it has a community vibe with the famous "country" Canyon market just a 3 minutes stroll away for a morning coffee and croissant where you can sit in the sun as the locals catch up. It's quiet here(!), for a New Yorker like me.

Take a soak in my claw foot tub, and enjoy not feeling cramped in the rather large bathroom. The kitchen is also surprising well sized for a studio, with a new full fridge, stove, oven. The quirky part is there is an alcove for a breakfast table, but nope! there is a full sized bed instead (it fit my parents!). I also have a pull out sofa if you have a platonic guest over.

Plenty of street parkings without regulations.

Also equipped with speed wifi, Vitamix, Chemex, new oven, new fridge, very nice linens and towels.

Note, as of Feb 2023 there are now curtains on all windows for privacy.

Included in the fees are: high speed internet, electrical, waste removal, gas and a full-service cleaning fee.
