Subletting entire charming cottage 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom with a huge, leafy backyard that spans an entire block — complete with a thriving vegetable patch. Ideally located in the heart of Ocean Park, just a short walk to the beach, parks, shops, cafés, and restaurants.

We’re looking for someone who will enjoy a cozy christmas stay and help care for the garden and veggie patch during their stay. After December, we’re also open to renting out one of the rooms until March if that’s something that would be helpful.

I am an Australian artist living between Los Angeles and Australia with my husband and new born. We like our home to be a relaxing sanctuary and this place has offered just that with the big leafy backyard and beach near by. We are very close with owners who have kept the house in the family through generations so we respect the space very much. We also are close with the neighbours as it is a close neighborhood community.
