About This Lister

We are a married couple - I'm sadly leaving NYC after 18 years as my husband has a new job opportunity out of state. We've lived in this apartment a year and a half, and it's been our oasis in the city. We particularly love the sunlight in the afternoon and having a cocktail or reading books on our balcony.

I'm a consulting professional in my mid-30's and I work from home, so I'll be showing the space and can be flexible on time of day.

Lease takeover is subject to building management's approval (they are aware we are moving), with option to renew after 6/30/25.

You will be required to submit a standard rental application with supporting documentation (e.g. ID/ Passport, Proof of Income, Bank Statements, etc). Guarantors are also permitted.
