It is a nice space for a creative to use the living area as a work space. You are welcome to make the space your own, as long as you leave it as it was and in its original state upon departure.

The apartment is on the 4th floor of a historic 1920's building. The vibe is light, airy and spacious with beautiful details and a vintage feel. The bedroom features French windows with a view of the Hollywood Hills.

I am in the heart of Hollywood, just off of Franklin Ave, in a lively neighborhood. Super central location, about a 5 minute drive to Los Feliz and many cute restaurants, bars and shops.

Parking spot in garage, laundry on site, and utilities included.
