I am a Penn professor, writer, and single parent, the owner of the house and have been an occupant of one of the bedrooms, but I live mostly in New York. I grew up in Philadelphia and know it VERY well. I love this house! My schedule has changed, so it is time for someone to enjoy it full-time.
