Hi! We are a couple, one counselor and one entrepreneur, who have been living in lovely Prospect Heights for 3 years now. We'll be traveling this summer, so we are subletting our beautiful home. It's a light-filled 2 Bed, 2 Bath in a modern building with full amenities. You will be within walking distance of tons of great restaurants and cafés, as well as lots of great neighborhood spots. - One primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom, Italian shower
- One second bedroom/office with a cozy convertible sofa-bed, a stand-up desk, and a monitor
- A second guest bathroom

- Large fully equipped kitchen with gas burners and dishwasher

Logistics:
- Half the amount is to be wired as a deposit, the second half upon arrival
- Cleaning fee ($190) will be added
- a refundable deposit which will be returned after the rental upon checking for no damage
