We are looking for a longterm sublet for our beautiful Bed Stuy condo beginning in May (exact dates are flexible).

The unit is one of 4 units in a small new building on a quiet block. This is a 2 bedroom - 2 full bathroom unit with split AC (central), a private balcony and a common rooftop terrace. The windows face North and South, and the unit gets ton of light all day. This is a furnished rental, and all significant furniture will remain including beds, dressers, tables, TV, kitchen supplies, etc. It's a lovely quiet home.

The main bedroom has an in-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom can be a large office or a smaller bedroom or kids' room. There is a full bathroom in the front hallway.

The unit features Wifi, Laundry (Washer and Dryer) and dishwasher. The unit is on the 3rd floor, and is a walk-up. The neighborhood is super calm and green. There are nice restaurants/coffee shops in the area.

We are 4 mins away from Saraghina in Bed Stuy and a 12 minute walk to both the JMZ at Myrtle Broadway and the AC at Utica.

There is a bike storage area in the basement and a super handles trash and cleans the common areas weekly.
