Location
Located in Lincoln Heights, just minutes from DTLA, Chinatown, Frogtown, and Highland Park — easily accessible and surrounded by a vibrant creative community.
We’re a Los Angeles–based clothing brand and creative company currently operating out of this building. As our business has evolved, we’ve identified an opportunity to thoughtfully activate a portion of the space by opening it to artists and creatives.
Our goal is to bring in great creative energy while fully utilizing this gorgeous, light-filled environment. We’re in the process of building out enclosed, individual studios, each with the ability to lock and secure your workspace.
We value a calm, respectful working atmosphere and are excited to foster a small community of makers who appreciate beautiful spaces, focused work, and creative integrity.
The location is on a quiet street with plenty of easy and accessible street parking.
Use & Noise Policy
To preserve a productive environment for all tenants:
No welding, torch work, metal fabrication, heavy industrial equipment, or high-impact machinery
Noise should remain low to moderate — walls are present, but ceilings are open and sound travels
This community is best suited for artists and creatives whose work does not require loud tools or industrial production processes.
